3D Printing FAQ
Can you 3D print customer-owned/brought items?
Absolutely, we will work with your own 3d files.
What are accepted logo/file formats?
.STL, 3MF and other common 3D file extension types.
What materials can you 3D print?
We can 3d print various materials, such as PLA, PETG and ABS.
Can you make batch items?
Yes. We are happy to produce batch items. Please contact us with your needs to start a production plan.
Can you provide examples of projects that you have completed in the past?

Do you charge a Setup Fee for subsequent orders?
No! We will keep all project files and jigs for 3 months after your previous order from us. Subsequent orders of the same items have their setup fees waived.
Can you create kid's items such as toys or gadgets?
We would love to make you a toy or a gift!
Do you have any minimum order quantities?
No minimums! You can have a single item processed.
How large of a 3D print can you do?
We can do print as large as 9.5w x 8d x 8h inches. This may vary depending on the size of the item you are wanting to engrave. Please contact us for additional specifics.
Do you offer custom designs or do customers need to choose from a set of pre-designed templates?
We are happy to work with you to design a custom file that you're looking for.
How long does the 3D printing process take?
This will depend on the size and quantity of your prints. We generally process orders within 3-7 business days.
What is the resolution of the 3D printing that you can produce?
We can print at an ultra-high resolution of 0.05mm (0.001 inch) layer height.
Laser Engraving FAQ
Can you engrave customer-owned/brought items?
Absolutely, we will work with you on items you already have to add your personal/custom touch to it.
What are accepted logo/file formats?
Vectors file formats are preferred .AI, .EPS, .SVG. But will work with .PNG, .PDF and .JPEG
What materials can you laser engrave?
We can engrave a wide variety of materials, from wood and rubber to brass and steel. Please see the material list HERE for a full list.
Can you make batch items?
Yes. We are happy to produce batch items, such as: Name Tags, Pens, Drinkware, etc.
What kind of designs can you do on the cutting boards?
We can do things like photo portraits, custom logos, team logos, company logos, monograms, names, wedding dates etc. Nearly anything can be done if a high resolution image is provided.

We can do engravings as large as 16 x 19.5 inches. This may vary depending on the size of the item you are wanting to engrave. Please contact us for additional specifics.

We are happy to work with you to design a logo/engraving that you're looking for.
How long does the laser engraving process take?
This will depend on the size and quantity of your engravings. We generally start process order within 3-5 business days.
What is the maximum resolution of the laser engraving that you can produce?
We can engrave at an ultra-high resolution of 1,000 lines per inch.
I already have my own cutting board, can you engrave mine?
Absolutely, prices start at $30
